1. If you receive a defective Zandu Vigorex product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Zandu Vigorex product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Zandu Vigorex product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Zandu Vigorex product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Zandu Vigorex product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
