1. If you receive a defective Royal Jelly product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

3. During the warranty period, we will repair the Royal Jelly product.

4. If, under certain circumstances, we are unable to repair the Royal Jelly product, we will replace it subject to the availability of stock at that time.

5. The warranty will be void if the Royal Jelly product is tampered with or repaired by the customer before being received at our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse.

6. The warranty will also be void if the Royal Jelly product is not used in accordance with the specific guidelines provided in the manual/instruction booklet.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

8. We do not provide any extra attachments apart from the ones supplied with the Original Royal Jelly product.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Royal Jelly product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Royal Jelly product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Royal Jelly product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Royal Jelly product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
