10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Mughal Prash product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Mughal Prash product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Mughal Prash product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Mughal Prash product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
